Our client is a well-respected firm of Chartered Accountants based in St Leonards on Sea and are currently looking to recruit an experienced part-time Office Administrator / Personal Assistant (PA) at their busy office.
As Office Administrator / Personal Assistant (PA you will have experience providing all round administrative and secretarial duties to include copy-typing, audio-typing, arranging meetings, updating spreadsheets and databases,etc.
This is a demanding role and, as such, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines. There will be additional duties pertinent to the industry, however, full training will be given.
This is a part-time position of 20-25 hours per week, but our client is completely flexible as to how these are worked within Mon-Fri office hours.
