Lettings Advisor

Our client is an established internet based Property Company, dealing with holiday lets and short-break stays. A vacancy has arisen for an experienced Lettings Advisor to join their busy team based in Rye.

The ideal Letting Advisor will have demonstrable experience within an administration or customer service role, be alert and able to react to change, and possess a good sense of humour. As a Letting Advisor you will be dealing will all aspects of holiday lets, communicating with clients and solving any issues that arise.

Due to the nature of this role you will be required to work evenings and weekends, and will be contactable at all times to deal with any issues that arise.

The ideal Letting Advisor will hold the following skills and experiences:

  • Demonstrable administration and customer service experience
  • Possess excellent IT skills, and be a proficient user of Excel and Word
  • A precise and strong eye for detail is essential
  • Ability to solve problems
  • Possess a positive and friendly telephone manner
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

Your duties as a Letting Advisor will include:

  • Dealing with and taking bookings
  • Speaking with clients regarding enquiries and issues
  • Solving any letting problems that arise
  • Management of all aspects of holiday lettings
  • Using the company software to update and enter data
  • Administration tasks

Salary:

£8 - £10 per hour, depending on experience

Hours:

  • Monday – Friday; 9am – 5pm
  • Includes Evenings and Weekends
