Customer Service Advisors – Chippenham
£7.38 - £8.31 p/h (full & part time opportunities available including some weekends)
Our client offers a range of outsourced customer care services, providing their clients with excellent packages ensuring the highest quality in telephone based customer service.
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be dealing with enquiries, taking payments and providing information to a range of customers. As such you will have good communication skills, be organised and able to utilise a number of computer based systems to record and log conversations and actions appropriately.
The ideal Customer Service Advisor will be diligent, helpful and demonstrate the ability to provide excellent customer service. Previous experience is not necessary however some experience in a customer facing / call centre / similar customer service role would be desirable. You will have an eye for detail, be punctual with good time management skills and want to be part of a growing friendly and lively team.
Hours are flexible between 8am and 8pm, working three weekends per month. Our client is open to part time or full time applicants.
