Facilities and Change Management Consultant


Our client is an established hotel and catering consultancy who have over 25 years’ experience assisting in a broad range of sectors. They are currently recruiting for an experienced Facilities and Change Management Consultant to join their very hardworking and busy team.


The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience within a similar position; possess experience and knowledge of opening new offices as well as experience of business growth. You will possess a good understanding of migrating to Cloud based IT, and be both Mac and PC literate.

As a Facilities and Change Management Consultant you will be using planning skills to create administrative and office procedures and deliver change management innovation, technology and IT. You will also be providing project support to both the MD and the internal team.

As a company, they support both national and international accounts. The successful candidate will be required to travel throughout the UK and EU. Due to the locations of some of the clients you will be expected to stay overnight as well as have possible extended periods away.


The ideal Facilities and Change Management Consultant will possess the following skills and qualities:

  • Demonstrable experience within a similar managerial position
  • Ability to demonstrate your knowledge of business operations
  • Experience with spreadsheets and data analysis and ability to ‘add value’ to the numbers
  • Possess excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Be both Mac and PC literate
  • Full UK driving licence and your own transport is essential
  • A business qualification would be an advantage

Your duties as a Facilities and Change Management Consultant would be:

  • Provide the MD and the internal team with project support
  • Research and implementation of a cloud based IT system with consideration as to the value of project management software i.e. Zen Desk
  • Moving the accounting functions to an in-house provision
  • Full engagement and project management of the company’s technology programme
  • Co-ordination of the team
  • Management of the bank accounts, reporting and debtor management
  • Develop the company’s leadership and growth strategy
  • Recruitment of specialist support in the local area
  • Identify risks and problem as well as identifying pragmatic solutions
  • Manage office operations to keep work flowing without distractions or interruptions

Salary and Rewards Package:

  • £21,000 - £23,000 per annum
  • Expenses will be covered for overnight stays and travel
