Senior Sales Executive

 

Our client is a leading manufacturer and provider of racing equipment to the motorsport sector. They are currently looking for Senior Sales Executive to join their hardworking and busy team.

 

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience within a similar role, as well as being able to show success of achieving and exceeding sales targets.  You will also possess people management experience, as well as excellent interpersonal, organisational and problem-solving skills.

As a Senior Sales Executive you will be ensuring that there is maximum conversion from existing customers as well as incoming sale enquiries. You will also provide management support to and development of the Junior Sales individuals within the team. Due to the company’s attendance at various exhibitions, shows and events, you will need to be flexible on working outside of normal office hours.

The ideal Senior Sales Executive will hold the following skills and experiences:

  • Demonstrable sales experience
  • Have a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Experience of people management
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to work outside of normal office hours in support of the company’s promotional events
  • Interest or passion for Motorsport

Your duties are a Senior Sales Executive will include:

  • Ensuring that there is maximum conversion from existing customers, incoming sales enquiries, and proactive activities that generate enquiries and sales from new and untapped markets
  • Providing management support to and development of the junior sales individuals within the team
  • Ensuring that the sales team is delivering and exceeding against targets
  • Ensuring that all external sales events are scheduled, organised and supported by the sales team with the aim of maximising new sales opportunities for the company
  • Collaborative interaction with other departments to ensure right first time service and timely delivery to the companies customers
  • Reporting directly to the company’s Managing Director

Salary and Rewards Package:

  • £22,500 per annum
  • Commission
