Deputy Private Patient Team Leader – Fixed Term Contract

Our client is an award-winning private hospital based in the Kent countryside. They are currently looking for an experienced Deputy Private Patient Team Leader to join their dedicated and hardworking team on a 12 month fixed term contract.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience within a sales role as well as experience of leading a team; possess excellent communication skills, good organisational skills and attention to detail. As a Deputy Private Patient Team Leader you will be responsible for leading and motivating your team to meet targets as well as dealing with interest and requests from customers, providing accurate pricing information on a range of procedures and specialities.

Due to the location of the company you will be required to have a full licence and own transport.

The ideal Deputy Private Patient Team Leader will hold the following skills and experiences:

  • Demonstrable experience of Sales and Team Leading within a call centre environment
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Ability to meet challenging targets and deadlines
  • Be able to analyse data and monitor trends to aid continuous improvement
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail

 

Your duties as a Deputy Private Patient Team Leader will include:

  • Leading and motivating the team to meet targets
  • Responsible for responding to interest and requests in relation to self-pay as well as handling any queries and referrals from private medically insured customers
  • Providing accurate pricing information on a range of procedures and specialities
  • Ensuring that you remain on hand to assist customers with more information or help as needed
  • Booking appointments for all self-pay patients
  • Ensuring the CRM system is update to date with records of all enquiries and customer interactions
  • Working closely with the clinical teams and other administrative areas
  • Assisting marketing with events on occasion proactively following up enquiries

Salary:

  • £24,500 per annum
  • Free parking

Hours:

  • Full Time Position
  • 12 month fixed term contract
  • Working on a shift rota from 8am – 8pm seven days a week
