ASL Online Resources

Your Registration & Data

ASL operates an online candidate database from which you can maintain all the data we hold on you. This is fully compliant with the latest GDPR Data Protection laws and enables you to have full control of everything we know about you.  You can login  or register  at the top right of this screen. Once logged in, you can upload your CV and tell us all about your skills, experience and career aspirations. The more you use this, the more likely you are to come up in our searches for the right candidate and, therefore, the more likely you are to find your next role quickly - so do please login in and keep this up to date.

You can also set your preferences so we can tell you about any new temporary or permanent job opportunities by email or text message.

Timesheets

At ASL, we use online timesheets for our temporary assignments. When you start an assignment you will receive an email inviting you to login to our Timesheet Portal . Simply record your hours here each week and press "submit" at the end of the week. If you forget your password, either use the "forgot your password" feature or call a member of the ASL team for help on 01424 452999 and we can fix it for you.

Payroll & Tax Documents

ASL operates a cloud-based payroll system so you can receive your payslips via our online portal or to an app on your android or iOS mobile device. When we first set you up on our payroll we will email you with your account details. You can login to your payroll account  or download an app from the iOS or Google App Store.

Pensions

ASL has chosen The Peoples Pension for our auto-enrolment Pensions provider. We are not legally qualified or allowed to offer you advice on your pension, but once enrolled you can contact the Peoples Pension for advice on your pension or details as to how to opt-out. You can set up your online account with them here .
