Mark Bideleux

 Recruitment Director

Mark graduated in 1995 with a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering and became a Chassis Engineer working with an Automotive OEM and Defence Land Systems. He joined ASL Recruitment in 2022 and, with Jason, launched the ASL Technical division, offering contingent, retained and resource project management services to the Automotive and Aerospace industries. Mark is a highly experienced and knowledgeable engineering recruitment professional with more than two decades of experience in contract and permanent recruitment. Mark has extensive experience in recruitment legislation, including Agency Workers Regulations (AWR) and IR35. Having worked with many UK and European automotive manufacturers and motorsport teams, including those in Formula 1, Mark is now running ASL Technical, supporting the UK and European engineering industry across all disciplines.
