Sally Axell

ASL Technical Senior Recruitment Consultant

Sally joined the ASL Technical team in July 2023, bringing 15 years of recruitment experience. With the past 12 years of her career focused on the Automotive and Motorsport Engineering sectors, Sally has gained extensive and valuable knowledge of leading large recruitment and project activities whilst applying a sound understanding of legislation such as IR35 and AWR.

In 2022, Sally achieved an Associate Membership with the CIPD and having completed a Level 3 Diploma in Human Resources Practice, Sally can apply this knowledge in varied recruitment capacities.

Outside of the busy world of recruitment, Sally is an active volunteer for the charity Pregnancy Sickness Support. PSS is a small, non-government-funded charity organisation that works with women and their families/carers with mild to severe pregnancy sickness and Hyperemesis Gravidarum, something she suffered with during her own pregnancy.  As well as this, Sally is an active gym goer and loves to cook and spend time with her family.
