 Recruitment Coordinator

Lydia joined ASL in 2015 under an Administration Apprenticeship. From her initial interview, her natural affinity for systems and her eye for detail were obvious and we knew she had both the skills and the character to keep the office and all the consultants organised! Lydia is responsible for helping to coordinate our temporary workers, registering new candidates, advertising roles and resourcing, where she is adept at finding the right candidates for the job. When she’s not working, Lydia has been expertly resourcing an impressive collection of handbags but her main focus is always on her family.
