I first met Jason at a networking event and knew he would be a good person to stay in touch with and I was proved right.  At the start of the Covid 19 crisis Jason set up a weekly webinar. It had a mix of in-house HRs, business owners, an employment lawyer and external HR consultants.  It proved to be a lifeline for me in a number of ways... 

I first met Jason at a networking event and knew he would be a good person to stay in touch with and I was proved right.  At the start of the Covid 19 crisis Jason set up a weekly webinar. It had a mix of in-house HRs, business owners, an employment lawyer and external HR consultants.  It proved to be a lifeline for me in a number of ways.  It gave me somewhere to check my understanding of the fast changing employment law as the Job Retention Scheme was introduced and updated (numerous times).  This enabled me to ensure I was giving the correct advice to my clients.  It also gave me the chance to see how other companies were interpreting the guidelines so I could provide a range of ‘tried and tested’ solutions to my clients.  No less importantly it gave me somewhere to meet up (virtually) with people and provided some social contact as I shielded for week after week.   I can’t thank Jason enough for setting the group up, keeping it running religiously and coming up with great talking points
