Temporary workers work hard and we feel they shouldn't miss out on a rewards scheme simply because they're temporary workers rather than permanent employees. Temporary workers, or ‘Temps’, are a vital part of the workforce and the economy. Companies often use them to plug gaps in their teams, to top up their team during especially busy times of the year or when they have a sudden rush of orders. There’s access to debt management advice and help, which can be a lifeline during tough financial times. 

If your mental health is a concern or you’re feeling overwhelmed by personal issues, you have access to the Employee Assistance programme, a completely confidential support line with 24/7 access to telephone counselling and advice, and modular support through the online portal. There’s a critical incident advice line, too. And for those with elderly relatives, you can access independent care advisors who specialise in providing expert advice to ensure you find the proper care for your loved ones, helping you navigate how you fund care and deal with property and legal considerations.
