Calling all temporary workers: how to complete your timesheet now we've made some changes to our website.

If you're a temporary worker through us, you'll be used to completing and submitting your timesheet online. In the next week or so, you'll notice the timesheet looks different, and that's because we've made some changes to our timesheet system. So, we need to let you know what's different.

Previously, when completing your timesheet, you only needed to show how many hours you worked. Now, though, we need a bit more information. You'll now need to enter the time you started work and the time you finished, and you need to show the time taken for your lunch break. You'll also need to use the 24-hour clock system, so if you start at 8am and finish at 4pm, you'll need to enter 0800 and 1600 - otherwise, if you enter 0800 and 0400, it will look like you finished at 4am! There are rules about not working shifts that long!

You'll also need to enter the amount of time you've taken for a lunch break, be it 30 (minutes), 45 (minutes) or 100 (1 hour).

In this short video , our Managing Director, Jason Perry, logs into the online timesheet portal and demonstrates the new way of completing them.
