Recruitment is a people business, and we believe 'people make the difference.' So, we've introduced a 'Recommend a Friend' scheme where we will say 'thank you' with £50 for each recommendation.

Quite simply, if you’re registered with us and value how we work, your friends are probably the people we are looking to work with too. If we can help them with work, we’ll say thank you with £50 for someone we place into a permanent role or if we find them temporary work. There is no limit to how many friends you can introduce to us.

We’ve set out the terms and conditions below:

You can refer as many people as you like, but you agree to get their permission before recommending them to us.
We will reward you as set out below for each person you introduce. There is no limit as to how many recommendations you are allowed to make.
The person you have recommended will need to be placed in:
a. a permanent role and have to remain in the role for at least one month.
b. or placed in a temporary role and have completed at least four weeks work (or a minimum 120 hours work)
Rewards will be made in cash or vouchers to be chosen by ASL.
We can only accept recommendations from people over the age of 18 who are registered with ASL Recruitment Ltd and eligible to work in the UK.
You can’t recommend yourself.
The recommended person must be a new contact to ASL and will not qualify if they are already registered with us or have been in touch with us in the previous six months.
The recommended person needs to be placed by us within 12 months of the recommendation.
In the event of someone being recommended to ASL by more than one person, the first recommendation to reach us will qualify for the reward.
In the event of any dispute, the decision of ASL Recruitment Ltd will be final.
In making a recommendation, you agree to these terms in their entirety.
